At their Region II meeting, which was held in Salem on March 17, the Virginia Building and Code Officials Association recognized and honored recently retired Henry County Building Official, Randolph Lester, for his long time support and contributions. Incidentally, Randolph is doing quite well with his new lifestyle. He has been heard to remark that now every day is like Saturday. We all wish Randolph well in his retirement life.
